They believed in the products they were selling. Good customer service is a hard thing to come by anymore, the Zumiez team in Millard NE's Oakview Mall is one the reasons we still like to buy our sweet gear in person. Kudo's guys, you rock. You helped make this day unforgettable. We will be back. Products used: skate board, hoodie, shirts, masks, stickers. I doubt people work at zumiez sell my information, this is unacceptable.
My credits card be scam over 1k back at January. Please be careful. When you purchase at zumiez It's a very bad experience. Now when I ordered through there website and it was my first time, since it wasn't Amazon I was expecting longer shipping, but they exceeded my expectations. They were extremely quick and have a great package tracker. They also left me a little note in my receipt telling me my choice in clothes was "sick" and gave me a pack of stickers for free!
Amazing service. I was interested in buying off the zumiez site and found a dope jacket that I ended up ordering as a size M. Then fast forward 5 days later to see tracking status and check where it's at, but only saw blank with no progress.
I got concerned and looked up reviews about the website, which I should've done earlier but anyway, most reviews sounded terrible and made the website sound bad overall that made me a bit overwhelmed about the purchase until an hour later same day next thing you know a package arrives with the jacket and size on point: And the shipping time took from April 28 -May 3 which is great compared to some reviews hearing that there packages take a month or some never arriving.
Hope someone takes my word and gains from this as trust. I'm really happy about my last purchase. It arrives safe and sound and the skateboard deck is in perfect condition, no tear at all on the shrink wrap.
In the first place, i was not very confident to order at that store after reading reviews and bad comments about Zumiez on internet. I tried and i'm satisfied! Customer service in this time of Corona virus is not so bad after all. Better call them instead of waiting for a response by email. It's faster. Fast delivery for a free shipping thing: Will do business with Zumiez again if i have to!
I recently ordered presents for my loved ones of of Zumbies, I ordered them over a month ago with them saying it would be delivered in business days it's been over 20 and still have not received my items. If I'm not to receive my order or get an email back I'll be very disappointed and angry. Not only will o have lost money but I will have no presents to give out! All my snowboarding equipment is ordered here.
I loved the quality. It is unique and top-notch. The shipping was fast! I have never been a big fan of their products but I know plenty of people who love their website and stores. Christmas is coming up so I purchased an expensive chain from them for my boyfriends present.
I have contacted the company 4 times and they have not even given me a response back. The product was in perfect condition when I sent it back, this is disgusting behaviour from them and I don't think I will ever buy anything from them again. I have always been happy with Zumiez. Been shopping there for about 20 years since my kids were teenagers. Never had a problem with your company until now! Which is such a bummer I was walking by your store at a mall in Idaho.
I live in Oregon I saw a funny t-shirt in the window, went inside and they didn't have my size. The girl kindly offered to do it online from the stores computer. I was like sure that would be fantastic beings that technology and I do not get along. I ended up Ordering 5 t-shirts. Paying and leaving the store. I have always been extremely careful about putting my contact info online.
So many people I know, my husband included get a lot of scammers calling phones and sending text messages. I always tell them they need to be more careful with their contact info. I have had the same phone number for the last 20 years.
I never had a problem till the day Ieft your store! All of a sudden my phone was blowing up with calls and texts. Why do you do that? The prices you charge for things isn't enough? Then you sell your customers info? I want a response from you why you disclose and expose your customers like that. K have a business that im totally dependent on calls and texts from my clients. I currently get approximately scam calls every single day and anywhere from texts daily from scammers.
Mixed in with those is all my clients voice mails because my phone is constantly tied up receiving unwanted calls and I have so many texts that I have to go through and filter out that instead of being able to sit down and go through in the evening. I am now finishing going through them at midnight. Grow 2 inches in 2 weeks! All these calls and texts have effected my life and business. I should go out and picket in front of your business or just contact my attorneys.
I want to get the word out to people to let them know that your company has zero respect or appreciation to their customers! So this is how you Thank me for being a loyal customer for over 20 years. Your just as bad as the scammers. I'm a hairstylist and talk to alot of people. I had already put it through so the team member Kevin checked that it was going to the correct address and was very quick to reply and help me out. Great clothing range, great prices, and a team of quick and reliable customer service.
I'm very excited to receive my order! I'm going to Zumiez, I gotta get a new deck and some trucks. The store where skinny jean wearing poseurs shop for overpriced clothes and, if they do actually make an attempt at skating, Element boards. Luckily cool people still support the mom and pop shops, and wouldn't be caught dead there. Brosef : Yo man where you going? Cunt: Zumiez. This is the second Element deck I've snapped this month and my DCs already have ollie holes.
Brosef: Psh, come back with a Toy Machine and some Emericas and we'll talk faggot. One of the largest if not the largest skateboard retailers in America. As a small business, I need to make sure these things are being met as well.
Those benefits allow me to flex a little more for independent [shops] that I could not do alone. According to Damon and Kevin, both big and small skate shoe brands need to be in Zumiez if they want to survive.
They need to share the shelf space alongside huge companies like Nike, Converse, and Adidas, and they have sell to at least some of the same customers in order to remain competitive in the footwear market.
For hard goods brands, most well-established ones are currently in Zumiez. So regardless of how they feel toward Zumiez, most established hard goods brands, just like shoe brands, seemingly benefit from having them as a customer. Younger hard good brands may see selling to Zumiez as a quick way to build recognition and reach more consumers. Josh also pointed out how small hard goods brands could inadvertently hurt skate shops by selling to Zumiez. It puts a big strain on the whole delicate ecosystem we call the skate industry.
They also are instrumental in helping get local skaters recognized and sponsored. Some time ago, Zumiez reached out to Josh in hopes of working together. But they did admit that after their first couple of initial orders they would expect to start negotiating cheaper pricing.
I asked Josh if it was strictly a business decision for him to not work with Zumiez, but he said it was a moral one as well. However, not for nothing, Zumiez does have a foundation that donates clothes every year to people in need.
